They are higher than the hourly rate you would generally pay an administrative employee. However, at the end of the day most people find that a Virtual Assistant has cost them less than an employee would have.

With a Virtual Assistant...
You are not paying for down time, breaks, sick leave, vacations, distractions, or wasted time - you only pay for actual time worked. This often amounts to paying less than half the hours you would for an employee.

All taxes, including Social Security and Unemployment are covered by the VA.

You do not need to purchase and maintain equipment to be used by your assistant. VA's use their own up-to-date office equipment, stock their own supplies, and handle all of their own technology issues.

There is no need to change your life, your office, or your employer status to accommodate a VA.

Due to the wide range of services we offer and the unique needs of our clients, it would be impossible to publish a price list. Most often rates are charged by the hour, with rates ranging from $40-$100 per hour. We also offer "per project" billing and retainer services at lower rates.

We do not have any policies regarding rush work, office hours, or billing schedules. We understand that your needs are different from the needs of any other person, and we like it that way!
